Need serious help with IA (I know there are tons of these, but I would greatly appreciate it)

I'm invested in a biology IA that seems doomed to fail and I want to salvage what I can of it. I've already collected data and we are no longer allowed to change topics or start doing another experiment. My research question involves the biochemical change that happens during the process of making peanut butter. I realize now how little it has to do with bio, I though it had good connections to biochemistry, but even these are very weak. I already collected data on the protein, fat, and sugar content of both peanuts and peanut butter. Is there any way I can make this better? I don’t even know what to write about or conclude, and am open to any ideas (perhaps even tweaking my topic based on the data I have?). Fat could link to hydrogenation, but what about protein and sugar?
