Does Ryerson accept IB predicted grades?

Hello,

I paid the application fee for Ryerson University through 105F application already and got my ID MyRyerson account. However, I do not see any portal for submitting IB predicted grades. Does Ryerson not accept IB predicted grades? I also thought I could fulfill my English requirement through my predicted grade of 7 for IB Language and Literature A class. But on most of their webpages for both the subject and the English requirement, they only show the requirements for those who have COMPLETED the IB Diploma but I am due to complete IB this May 2018 and the application is due Feb 1. I am freaking out!!  Will I not get accepted?? I have a predicted overall of 40 / 45.

Please let me know because I am really confused:mellow::(

Thank you

Don't freak out just yet. To be fair, I agree with you. I just went through Ryerson's site; it was extremely frustrating and took me way too long. They are unclear and make you jump through hoops that others don't. Their website setup is woeful.

Before I get into submitting documents, a friendly reminder about the English language proficiency test. https://www.ryerson.ca/admissions/undergraduate/requirements/english-language/

Submit your transcript from your school (assuming they give some internal grades or keep some sort of transcript) along with your predicted grades to the document upload page.Label it interim results if there's an option. Otherwise, if your school uses Parchment, use that.

Submitting the final transcript should be painless. I doubt you'll need the WES to verify your transcript because you're doing IB. That part should actually be fairly easy if you decide to go to Ryerson. You'll tell your coordinator/school (who should actually ask everyone) to send your IB transcripts to Ryerson. They will know what to do and it will be free of charge. If you scroll down to IB in the first link, they have the proper instructions there.

Ryerson's transfer credit practice is disgusting. They make you submit individual course outlines. Thankfully, you'll only have to do that after you accept your application, but it looks horrid. I'd recommend giving minimum information as they must have a bunch of kids applying from IB and likely all award them the same credits. It boggles my mind why they do this.
