Lyka
Can anyone explain this? "concerns whether the suspension of disbelief is essential to knowledge." Reply
Guest
"So basically, the "suspension of disbelief" is a technique used in films, stories, etc, where a person will enjoy an experience more if they "suspend" the fact that the particular book or movie is fiction and unreal, hence, believing the movie or play to be temporarily true and believable. This allows for people to truly believe in something, temporarily, and live in the experience as if it was truly happening. So here, you will have to analyze how such a technique of "suspension of disbelief" would be essential in other areas of knowledge to gain, analyze, evaluate, or hinder knowledge. :))))))) Reply
