Jaime_Mldz
Hi All, As the title says, I need help with my Math IA, I was thinking on doing a "possible prediction" with the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, to guess the temperature of a yet ,unchosen island on the world in a random year (maybe some place affected by global warming), as well as a formula that could give me an approximate result, it's explicit to say that I will see if there exists a strong, weak, very strong or zero correlation on the temperatures, I plan on maybe doing a period of 12 terms each of 5 years on, for example: Years 1940 1945 1950 1955 1960 1965 1970 1975 1980 1985 1990 1995 2000 2020 2070 Temperatures 30.0° 29.0° 29.7° 29.9° 30.2° 31.1° 33.2° 33.0° 33.5° 33.6° 34.0° 34.1° ? ? ? Now, I would like to hear any ideas, tips, things I can look up to, that you have, I don't know if this is too simple, or too much of the same ,etc. Any answers or doubts are well received!
