How to do this SL Equilibrium Question?

Equilibrium is when the amount of each species in a system stabilizes. So in both t = 10 min and t = 5 days, there are 5X and 4Y. That means by t=10 min, at the latest, equilibrium has been reached. A and D are both wrong because in equilibrium, the rate of forward reaction is equal to the rate of backward reaction.  B, t = 7s was at start of reaction and the amount of each X and Y was still changing.
