Reaction time Biology HL

I decided to do my IA on something related to the neuroscience and came up with the idea for the research question: Are there significant sex and age differences when measuring reaction time?

Materials:
Simple reaction time measuring software
https://www.humanbenchmark.com/
Procedure:
Perform a reaction test on 30 and 30 women, where in each gender group there are 2 subgroups that differ in age (10-12 and 18-20 years)- performed on the same day, repeated 3 times on each person
Collect reaction test results and use data to analyse cognitive functioning in relation to aging and gender

Do you think it is a good topic? Is the procedure correct? My teacher is not much of the help so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
