Unfortunately there isn't, but there are some state-funded schools which offer the IB, so you could take the IB for free (better than paying for it, right?).

I agree learning is not easy. You need to complete many tasks and not all of them you like. Especially when you still do work part-time to pay your student loan. The most unpleasant thing is when you have to use a loan. I read more of articles on this topic but still could not find the answer to my question. So just keep hoping.
