Grades good enough for Waterloo engineering?

I am standing at a predicted 35 (out of 42) with:

HL: math 5, phy 7, eco 6

SL: eng lit A 5, lang B 6, chem 6

 

Plus okish extracurriculares and SAT score of around 1350. I don't know how big a role the school reputation plays but – current school: a new school in India, old school (I did IGCSE here): a fairly good school in Hong Kong).

Any ideas on my chances of getting into Waterloo mechatronics as an international student?
