orangejuice02 Posted October 6, 2018 Report Share Posted October 6, 2018 I just started english lang lit hl around a month ago, and in-class I thought I was progressing pretty well in analysing literature and practicing essays... But yesterday we had our first assessed assignment which was an in-class essay where we analyse a piece of poetry studied in class with a guiding question and I totally failed. I had no idea how to answer the guiding question and spent like 1 hour thinking about how to answer it, I only had 30m left to write the actual essay... I only managed to write the intro, body 1, and 2 sentences of body 2 before I had to hand it in. How can I try to improve??
