Unfortunately, I do not know if there is a specific way to format the cover page for a history essay-- my supervisor was unclear! I know that I need the research question, word count, and say the fact that it's a history essay, but past that, I'm unsure if there is anything else I need to include. Also, is there a standard format for the table of contents on the second page? Edit: One last question. Do page numbers have to be in the header or footer? Thank you!
