HI Question variables

Recommended Posts

My question right now is: To what extent was the popularity of the radio and the Fireside Chats during the Great Depression the primary cause of Franklin D. Roosevelt's re-election in 1936?

My teacher said that there are too many variables surrounding national elections and that I would need a more measurable factor.

Any ideas on how I can modify my question  to be more narrow?
