kimmynonawa Posted November 27, 2018 Report Share Posted November 27, 2018 So I have been doing my IA experiment where I've made Petri dishes with agar and collected bacteria from my mouth using a sterile swab but bacteria isn't growing on my Petri dishes. I have kept them in a dark area with approx. 34 degrees Celsius environment, upside down but only a low progress after a week. Can someone explain to me, what I can do in order to make it work. My experiment is basically trying to see the effectiveness of different soaps to get rid of the bacteria but I can't do it if there is no bacteria growing on my Petri dishes!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
