Ideas for EE

Hi, I'm looking for an EE topic right now, but I'm not sure where and how to start. Personally I want to do something related to artificial intelligence, but I'm not sure if that would be a good idea. I've heard people say it's easier to do an ee on World History, but I don't think I'll be able to do a good job with social since it's one of my weaker subjects. 😅

Also do you have to choose a topic that relates to an ib  course you're taking for the ee?

Hi, artificial intelligence sounds like a cool topic that you could probably learn more about if you take Computer Science. I would recommend doing your TOK essay on artificial intelligence instead though. World History is a good subject to write your EE on, but you should pick a topic for your EE that you enjoy. For example, I love musicals, so I wrote my EE on a musical. I very much enjoyed researching and writing this essay. You should find a topic that you find joy in just as I did, then you will find the EE easy and enjoyable to write.
