Carlog
Hi, This is my first year as the Economics teacher in a colombian school. The guideline that refers to the internal assessment is kind of confusing. Our subject is taken in English, but I understand that other assessments, such as the extended essay, can be done in a different language. The guideline only states that the commentary should be in the same language of the article used, but it does not say that it should stick to the language in which the subject is taken. Can someone clear this out for me, please? It is obvious that, being in Colombia, many students where tempted to choose local news, so they presented both the article and the commentary in Spanish. Any help or commentary would be much appreciated, since we are just a week away from handing in the internal assessment samples. Thanks.
