Hello! 

I wanted to compare natural pH indicators (ex, red cabbage and beets) with the standard ones. I was thinking of just doing pH titrations to compare the results of the natural vs standard. Along with that, I was going to produce the pH curves and calculate the pKa value as well as the equivalence points. Is this good enough for an IA? Should I add anything?

It is somewhat simple. Maybe you can look for a pH indicator to monitor a particular reaction? Also explain situations in which an indicator is more useful than just measuring the pH.
