Enterbot3
How does changing the vertical height of which a yoyo is let go affects the velocity is reaches at the bottom? Is this a good question? Reply
kw0573
I suggest that you read about simple harmonic motion (SHM) and springs. For one, the maximum velocity is not at the bottom, but somewhere in the middle, because at the bottom it is changing directions and the velocity is 0. I don't know what height has to do with anything but it might make more sense if the max velocity depends on how hard you throw it. It is hard to measure that force.
