I believe that doesn't depend on the country you complete the program, but depends on the university. some do recognize IB, some don't, some expect you to get a grade above something specific, some don't care about your grade at all, I'd suggest to check the website of the universities you wanna apply to. if they dont have any specific info there, maybe try e-mailing them?
