d3mb
I want to analyze how (storage) temperature affects the pH of orange juice. My teacher told me to narrow it down to a specific chemical found in orange juice so i was thinking citric acid. unless vitamin c would be better? but i was thinking to just make citric acid solutions by myself with the crystals. I’ve heard mixed emotions about this topic; some that it’s too basic and others that it’s good. someone told me that it’s too basic because “any fifth grader could measure pH” but it does require calculations. not sure of which yet bc I just got introduced to the IA.. any ideas on what i’d need to calculate? and if it’s a good topic? i need to have it approved by friday. thank u Reply
