Teddy_The_Bear
HiOkay, I finished my SL math exam today and the only description of how my paper went can only be described as I f***d up. I mean paper 1 I did okay, on the scale of 1-7 my guess is 4 or 5 but paper 2 was horrible maybe 2 and maximum of 3 out of 7. Approximately what kind final grade for my exam am I looking at? and since these are only IB1 exams, how much does this effect me in your opinion (for example does it affect predicted grades, etc)? my math grades as a whole are fairly good when looking at tests and quizzes I get an average of 5 every now and then I drop to a 3 or 4 but it's not often. Thanks for the help Reply
deissi
It's not going to influence your final IB grade at all, since it's not an official test. Paper 1 and Paper 2 are both worth 40% of the final grade, so your exam grade should be the average of the two tests. Your grade will probably have an effect on your predicted, as exams are usually what teachers base their predicteds on. Reply
Teddy_The_Bear
Well, for predicted I'm guessing my teacher will see this exam as one of my downfalls because my math grade is generally high so he will just give me 5 or 6 as predicted....
