Matthew Sinclair
I wish my school were to offer Latin! Unfortunately they stopped in like the 1980's! haha. Although, a group of IB students (including myself) at my school are going to start learning Latin next term . I gather you do it at your school? AndreaS
In my school there's like... 14 or 16 HL students. I can't say how many SL... But I know we got some. Last year I know we had a bunch too. I don't know where this low number of 10 is coming from. We've had them all 4 years I've been at my school. If 10 is true my school must of accounted for about 60% of them. I'm at one of the two schools that's IB for all. Reply
Fabs
I'm one of only 2 Latin students at our school Reply
missbrokensmile
We only have 1 student doing Latin in our school, which is a pretty sad figure... But only 40 students in our year do the IB (the other 100 students do the national high school curriculum). I kind of wish I picked Latin. Not because it's any easier, but because there is no speaking side to it and it'll help me with uni, considering the course I'd like to do... Caustica
I wish there was an option of Latin ab initio in my school. I'm not even sure if it exists, to be honest, within the IBO. But I wish Reply
