YdidIneedThis
Ok so if someone could help me i would seriously appreciate it. Im in Chemistry Sl and i need to design an experiment to show an aspect of neutralization, and it can't be super simple. so if someone could give me an idea that would be amazing. Thank you before hand Reply
Sandwich
Well it's part of the assessment that YOU come up with the task. You can make suggestions and we can give you feedback, but we can't give you the task. You should be able to find plenty of inspiration for experiments on neutralisations online (search google), in textbooks and just generally around. It's a really popular topic with plenty of aspects to investigate -- even if you just think what you've learned about neutralisation and then investigate that, as nearly everything about neutralisation on the SL Chemistry syllabus is something which could be turned into a really simple experiment! All you need to know is that there is some variable which changes and then think up some way to measure it with whatever equipment you have in your chem lab (assuming you're also going to carry out the experiment? If not, whatever equipment you can think up!) and you're sorted. Reply
YdidIneedThis
Thank you, however i actually spent a lot of time on the internet, all the experiments seam to have something wrong with them or they are to simple and since my teacher said i could not use a simple experiment that causes a problem for me. Do you by any chance that you have a specific idea? Reply
