hanz
Hello Everyone. i am doing my Germination design lab report and im a bit struggling and stuck on the Data processing part! what other calculations can i perform other than calulcating the ratio and my design is about: The effect of light on seed germination. I placed seeds in the drawer. some on the bench left to the light of the lab, and some under a light bulb, i counted how many seeds germinate each day and toom a ratio, but i feel its about weak, can anyone help me? Thanks !! Reply
sweetnsimple786
I don't know how much I can give to you. Just remember that you have two types of data you can collect. Quantitative and qualitative. Also, germinating seeds affect the environment around them. So in addition to looking at what stage the seeds are at, you can use some equipment to detect some things about the atmosphere right around the seeds. faith
We did a self design seed germination experiment earlier this year as well. Perhaps you can calculate the percentage of the seeds that germinated and present the information on a graph? Reply
