ephika
For both HL and SL IAs:7 16-206 14-155 12-134 9-113 7-82 4-61 0-3Nope. This is not true for the 2010 syllabus which has widened the markbands from 0 to 25. Reply
flsweetheart422
Since they restructured the course starting with the May 2010 Examination Sessions, you'll probably have to wait and see. I think it will be something along these lines: 7 22-256 18-225 15-174 12-143 9-112 6-81 0-5 Reply
bignasty
does anyone know what it was. my history teacher is new and she doesnt understand the system. she thinks a 20/25 is a low 5 cause its 80%. Tony Stark
May 2011, the most recent markbands I've found on the internet, say 19/25 is a 7. However, if your teacher is ignorant of the IB course, and her lack of knowledge of the grade boundaries suggests she most definitely is, she will probably get moderated down quite significantly, so you'll want to aim a fair bit higher.
