Emmi
I work in a kindergarten as part of CAS. I don't specifically teach the kids, but I help run center time, help the teacher with the activities the kids do, play with them in recess time, and help with their dismissal. I also do activity preparation such as cutting things out, making special ingredients for snack, running errands, etc. What do I count this as? Peachez
It definitely majorly falls under service. Though you could add a few action and activity to it. When I did my CAS I had different activities divided into different categories. For example, if someone initiated an activity then it would fall under action and creativity. See where I'm getting at?Basically have most of your hours under service and only a few under the other categories, but ONLY if you will talk about it in your CAS journal because you need proof. Summer Glau
It sounds like mostly service to me. Depending on your school, you may be able to count it as creativity. Reply
PuTter T
You could count the planning and scheduling things and 'creating' props for your Creative hours. Reply
Guest
Definitely Service. Reply
Guest Red XII
Service, but if you desperately need Creativity you should be able to BS it into being Creativity. Just be Creative =p. Reply
